Kasper Kragh-Sørensen joined the IIES as a graduate student in August 2016, prior to which he was a research assistant at the IIES. He received his MSc in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2012. Before coming to Stockholm, Kasper worked two years as an economist in the Financial Stability Department at Norges Bank (the central bank of Norway), working on topics related to banking regulation and financial imbalances. He has previously worked as a student intern at Norges Bank and as a research assistant at the Norwegian School of Economics. His research interests include systemic risk and macroeconomic models with heterogeneous agents.
